REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience as a Baker or in a similar role within the food industry.
• Strong knowledge of baking techniques and cake decorating skills.
• Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices.

• Prepare and bake a variety of bread, pastries, cakes, and other baked goods.
• Decorate cakes and pastries according to specifications and customer preferences.
• Ensure all food safety and hygiene standards are met during food preparation and handling.
• Package baked goods for distribution while maintaining quality standards.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to fulfill special orders and menu items.
• Maintain inventory of baking supplies and assist in ordering as necessary.
