Cornerstone Co-op invites applications for the position of Baker to join our Bakery department team on a full-time basis at our location in St. Paul, AB. Reporting to the Bakery Manager.

· Engage and interact with member-owners and customers to provide outstanding Co-op experiences.
· Produce a variety of baked goods from scratch, including bread, rolls, sweet treats, muffins, cookies, cakes, and specialty items.
· Prepare doughs, batters, icings, and frostings according to recipes and custom orders.
· Operate and maintain baking equipment, such as ovens and industrial mixers.
· Frost, decorate, package, and merchandise baked goods.
· Maintain accurate inventory and ensure proper food handling and safety procedures.
· Perform cleaning, maintenance, and temperature logging as required.
· Work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and statutory holidays on a rotational basis.
· Demonstrate day-to-day behaviours and actions that align with and strengthen the Co-operative’s mission, values, brand and focus on safety.
· Perform other duties as assigned.
