ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a skilled Baker to join our passionate production team. You’ll play a key role in preparing and baking a variety of our high-quality products. This is a hands-on position requiring precision, a strong commitment to quality, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare and bake a range of products according to established recipes and production schedules.
• Measure ingredients with precision and maintain high standards for taste, texture, and appearance.
• Operate and maintain baking equipment safely and efficiently.
• Adhere to all food safety, health & safety, and company guidelines.
• Work collaboratively with the production team to meet daily demands.
• Keep your workspace clean, organised, and safe.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

• A minimum of 1 year of professional baking experience in a high-volume bakery or similar role.
• Strong attention to detail and competent math skills for accurate measuring.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
• Dedication to maintaining high standards of quality.
• Excellent time management and teamwork skills.
• Physically able to stand for long periods and handle demanding tasks in a warm environment.

  Pay: £12.21-£13.00 per hour
  Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
