BAKER, INDUSTRIAL BAKING MANUFACTURING Salt Lake City, UT Full-Time | Regular Starting Pay: $23.00/hour JOIN BRIDOR'S NEW SALT LAKE CITY BAKERY Bridor is hiring Bakers to support production at our new state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Salt Lake City. We're looking for experienced baking professionals who understand large-scale production, take pride in product quality, and thrive in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. SCHEDULE Training Schedule * Monday – Friday * Schedule may vary based on training and operational needs Regular Production Schedule * Monday – Wednesday * 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM * Three 12.5-hour shifts per week WHAT YOU'LL DO * Produce high-quality baked products in a large-scale manufacturing environment * Monitor baking, proofing, and product quality throughout production * Follow recipes, formulas, and production specifications * Conduct quality checks and make process adjustments as needed * Support product testing and continuous improvement initiatives * Maintain food safety, quality, and GMP standards * Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe QUALIFICATIONS * Minimum 2 years of baking, pastry, commercial bakery, or food manufacturing experience * Experience with dough handling, proofing, and baking processes * Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment * Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality * Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for extended periods * Basic computer skills * Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus * Food manufacturing experience preferred BENEFITS * Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance * Life Insurance * Short-Term and Long-Term Disability * Paid Vacation and Sick Time * 11 Paid Holidays * Annual Production Bonus * 401(k) with Company Match up to 6% APPLY TODAY If you're looking for a stable career with a growing company and have experience in baking or food manufacturing, we'd like to hear from you.
