JOB OVERVIEW

Due to expansion plans we are seeking dedicated and passionate individuals to join our bakery team. No culinary experience required - full on the job training will be provided, however some background in a food related workplace will help. All we ask for is someone who is keen to learn, passionate about food & bakery, and is ready to get stuck in.

SKILLS

• Good time-keeping and organisational skills.
• Knowledge of baking processes and techniques is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices.
• Previous catering experience is advantageous, showcasing the ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail in all tasks performed.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also demonstrating initiative when required.

• Prepare and bake a variety of our products according to established recipes and standards.
• Organise and package prepared products for our customers.
• Assist in the food production process, ensuring efficiency and quality throughout.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, including proper storage of ingredients.
• Follow food safety guidelines to ensure the health and safety of all staff and customers.
• Collaborate with team members to create new menu items and improve existing recipes.
