Full-Time Baker    Tuesday to Saturday  | 3:00am – 11:30am | 40 Hours per week     We have an opening for a skilled and motivated full-time Baker to join our team.   This role is suited to someone who performs well in a fast-paced environment, is comfortable with early starts, and has a genuine passion for baking. The position involves daily production across a range of products, from fresh bread to sweet baked goods, with a strong focus on quality and consistency.   Previous baking experience or a trade qualification is preferred; however, training will be provided for the right candidate.   Key Responsibilities:   Production of breads, rolls, and sweet products aintaining high presentation and quality standards Ensuring food safety and workplace health and safety compliance Working efficiently to meet production deadlines Contributing positively within a team environment Confidently working independently when required   What We're Looking For:   Industry Trade Qualification in Baking or equivalent experience (preferred) Excellent communication, presentation, and teamwork skills  Exceptional time management and multitasking abilities  Physically fit and ready for hands-on work  Commitment to maintain high standards of food and workplace safety Attention to detail and commitment to quality Confidence and maturity to work unassisted.   What's in it for You?   We offer secure hours and the chance to join a passionate bakery team, with opportunities to grow your career and, for the right candidate, gain hands-on experience through a Bakery Apprenticeship.   We will be reviewing applications as they come in and may close the advertisement early once a suitable candidate is appointed.
