‍ The Role

As a Baker, you’ll play a key part in delivering top-quality products and driving the success of our bakery department. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with production planning and performance monitoring
• Leading product refinement and expanding our range
• Ensuring consistent quality across our full product offering
• Supporting daily operations in partnership with the Bakery Manager
• Upholding Health & Safety, Food Safety, and store procedures

• Building strong relationships with the wider team and leadership
