ABOUT THE ROLE

This full-time role is perfect for qualified Bakers or experienced individuals eager to apply their skills. You’ll be an integral part of our customer-focused team, contributing to the creation of high-quality baked goods that delight our shoppers daily. We aim to be at the cutting edge of Bakery innovation, developing and introducing new premium baked goods that our customers love.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Produce a wide range of high-quality baked goods, including breads, cakes, sweets, and pastries.
• Develop and introduce innovative baked goods to our Bakery offering.
• Mentor, coach and train our Apprentice Bakers, inspiring the next generation of Bakers.
• Maintain exceptional merchandising standards and provide the great customer service New World is renowned for.
