Fred’s offers a high-quality, produce led, seasonal menu that changes often. We are searching for an incredible Baker on a casual basis who loves to create simple delicacies with the best quality ingredients, sourced regionally.   Working alongside our experienced pastry team that is driven by creating special and memorable dining moments. Your passion and dedication to baking will propel you forward as part of this motivated, professional team, we are looking for:

  • 2-3 years’ experience working in a bakery or restaurant producing handmade bread and pastries from scratch.
  • A good knowledge of baking and pastry techniques that can be executed to a high and consistent standard.
  • Well presented, calm under pressure, organised and can follow direction.
  • A passion for creating fresh artisan breads for a bespoke dining experience
