ABOUT US

At Freebird, everything is made from scratch in our bright, 8,000 sq. ft. commissary kitchen — from artisan breads and pastries to fresh pasta, confections, and seasonal desserts. We take inspiration from Italian culinary traditions and value quality, consistency, and creativity in every product we make.

• Produce pastries, breads, doughs, pasta, and confections by following established recipes and techniques
• Decorate and finish pastries and desserts to ensure both beautiful presentation and delicious taste
• Work closely with our pastry and bakery leads to maintain consistency and meet production schedules
• Operate a range of kitchen equipment, including ovens, stand mixers, countertop mixers, and torches
• Keep your workstation clean, organized, and in compliance with food safety standards
• Occasionally assist with seasonal or special menu items
