· Prepare and bake a wide variety of bread, rolls, pastries, and other bakery items to a high standard
· Operate and maintain commercial baking equipment and ovens
· Follow production schedules to meet daily wholesale orders
· Maintain strict hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards
· Assist in developing and improving product recipes and processes
· Work as part of a team in a fast-paced production environment
