We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced baker to join our award winning bakery based in Oxfordshire.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience in baking and food preparation
• Strong culinary skills with a focus on baking techniques
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
• Previous kitchen or restaurant experience preferred
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with food production processes is a plus
  Our bakery lovingly handcrafts bread, using traditional sourdough slow fermentation methods and we source a blend of organic flours from a local Mill. We deliver fresh bread to our own cafes daily and to other retailers that are a big fan of our products.

• Prepare and measure ingredients for baking various products, ensuring adherence to recipes and quality standards.
• Operate baking equipment and ovens safely while monitoring baking times and temperatures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and baking areas, following food safety regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient food production and timely service.
• Assist in inventory management and restocking of baking supplies as needed.
