We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Bakery Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation and customer service, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. As a Bakery Assistant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the quality of our baked goods while providing exceptional service to our customers.

EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience in food service or the bakery industry is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with cash handling and basic math skills for accurate transactions.
• Culinary experience is a plus, along with knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation practices.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a quick-service or fast-food restaurant setting.

• Assist in food preparation, including baking, decorating, and packaging baked goods.
• Operate Aloha POS and Micros POS systems for efficient order processing and cash handling.
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and answering questions about menu items.
• Upsell products to enhance customer experience and increase sales.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and serving areas.
• Ensure proper food handling techniques are followed to guarantee food safety.
