Description We are looking for someone who has a passion for baking! We make natural, organic bakery products and would love you have you join our team! Schedule: Tues-Sat 4am -12:30pm Starting pay: $32,032/yr We are looking for someone who: Has commercial kitchen baking experience Has a great work ethic and is very productive Has a current Oregon food handler card Is a team player and willing to learn A self starter and self manager, always looking for where they can help Can stand for long periods of time Can lift and carry items up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally Duties Follow the production schedule set by the kitchen supervisor Work closely with the other bakers to produce great products and keep shelves full. Follow the company's food standards Use appropriate baking techniques to achieve high quality products Use accurate kitchen math and measurements to adjust quantities of recipes Plan your day so needed items and tasks are completed efficiently, while still being flexible to change if needed Know and follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures.
