Job Description We are seeking a talented and passionate Baker to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a Baker, you will be responsible for creating a wide variety of high-quality baked goods, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen environment. Prepare and bake a diverse range of breads, pastries, cakes, and other baked goods according to recipes and quality standards Measure and mix ingredients accurately to ensure consistent product quality Monitor baking processes and adjust oven temperatures or baking times as needed Decorate baked goods with precision and creativity Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines Assist in inventory management and ordering of baking supplies Develop and test new recipes to expand our product offerings Respond to customer feedback and special requests in a timely manner Stay updated on baking trends and techniques to continually improve skills and product quality Qualifications Proven experience as a Baker in a commercial setting with strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment Passion for baking and creating high-quality products with creativity in developing new items Excellent attention to detail, ability to follow recipes precisely, and basic math skills for measurements Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards Strong time management and organizational skills with ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items Flexibility to work early morning shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed Good communication and teamwork skills High school diploma or equivalent; culinary school certification is a plus
