Atome Bakery is a growing online bakery based in Vancouver. We make naturally fermented sourdough bread and French pastries, then freeze them at peak quality so customers can bake them fresh at home. We’re a small, scrappy, and passionate team. We care about good bread, good people, and doing things right (even if it’s harder).

• Shape and proof sourdough bread and pastries with consistency and care
• Mix doughs and refresh starters
• Bake test batches and contribute to product improvements
• Help prepare croissants, pains au chocolat, and other viennoiseries
• Keep the bakery clean, safe, and organized
• Occasionally support with packaging and prep when needed
• Follow food safety practices
