• Assist in the daily preparation and baking of croissants, muffins, cakes, and refined pastries that meet MOTW’s quality and style standards
• Help package and display finished goods in a way that reflects our signature elegance and freshness
• Support the kitchen team by measuring ingredients, prepping workstations, and maintaining a smooth production flow
• Keep the kitchen clean and organized while following all food safety and hygiene regulations
• Engage with customers when needed — taking orders, answering questions, and offering recommendations with warmth and professionalism
• Collaborate with the team to continually innovate, improve, and ensure consistency across all products
