The baker is responsible for producing a wide variety of breads and laminated pastries from scratch, including croissants, sourdough, ciabatta, and more. This position requires proven experience in scratch baking, the ability to follow recipes accurately, and strong time management skills to ensure all tasks are completed on schedule. As a baker, you will Bake all products from scratch, ensuring quality and consistency Complete all prep lists and assigned tasks in a timely manner Perform lot tracking and maintain accurate records Follow HACCP guidelines and conduct pre- and post-production inspections Manage inventory and assist with stock rotation We'd love to hear from people with: 1 + years baking in a professional kitchen - commercial kitchen a plus Ability to work quickly and effectively while executing at a high level Basic Math and English skills As a Starbucks partner, you (and your family) will have access to medical, dental, vision, basic and supplemental life insurance, and other voluntary insurance benefits.
