JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a creative and skilled Pastry Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in preparing a wide variety of pastries, desserts, and baked goods, with a strong eye for detail and presentation. You will be responsible for the entire pastry production process—from planning and preparation to final plating and display.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience as a pastry chef or in a similar role in a professional kitchen.
  • Excellent knowledge of pastry techniques, doughs, fillings, and glazes.
  • Creative flair for presentation and flavor combinations.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Diploma or certification in Culinary Arts, Pastry, or Baking.
  • Familiarity with decorating tools and chocolate work is a plus.

    • Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations in accordance with company policy.
    • Train and supervise junior staff when required.
