JOB REQUIREMENTS

· Profound knowledge of baking principles, techniques, and ingredient functionality
· Ability to learn quickly
· Excellent time management and multitasking skills
· Ability to work in a fast- paced environment
· Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with a passion for sharing knowledge and collaborating with colleagues.
· Ability to stand for long periods of time and withstand some repetitive motions (bending, pushing/ pulling)
· Food safe certification

Responsibilities

· Crafting and baking a variety of Mexican breads such as bolillos, concha’s with authenticity and precision
· Mixing, shaping, proofing and baking a variety of bread, pastries and cakes
. Packing the bread and stock the bread shelves
. Rotate the bread to ensure freshness
· Following recipes and maintaining consistency in product quality.
· Crumb coating and icing cakes
· Assisting with inventory management and ordering supplies.
· Collaborating with other team member to ensure smooth operations.
· Managing production schedules to meet customer demands
· Participating in daily cleaning of all areas.
