  • Baking and decorating baked goods to a high standard.
  • Follow recipes but also innovate and assist with new ideas and recipe testing.
  • Follow instructions, but also have initiative to work efficiently alone and proceed to next tasks.
  • Ensure all products meet the quality standard required by the company.
  • Liaise with management and other team members to ensure the smooth running of the kitchen environment.
  • Process incoming and out going orders.
  • Have excellent time management skills.
