JOB OVERVIEW
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Baker to join our culinary team. QUALIFICATIONS

- Proven experience in a bakery or culinary environment is a must.
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
- Proficiency in food preparation techniques, including mixing, kneading, shaping, and baking.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage time effectively.
- A passion for cooking and creating high-quality baked goods.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings or weekends as required.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a wide range of products including Croissants, Breads, Pattisseries, Pastries, Cakes, etc.
- Follow recipes accurately to ensure consistency in flavour and presentation.
- Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene throughout the baking process.
- Monitor inventory levels of baking ingredients and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of baked goods to customers.
- Keep the baking area clean and organised, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Experiment with new recipes and techniques to enhance the menu offerings.
