WE ARE LOOKING FOR A BAKER / PASTRY COOK!

This is for a commissary-style kitchen that provides pastries and desserts for several of the Richard DeShantz Restaurant Group spaces. This position has the option of doing mulitiple shift times so schedules are flexible!

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Prior pastry/baking experience is preferred, but not required
  • Ability to perform basic kitchen math
  • Ability to operate a digital scale, using grams, ounces, and pounds
  • Can work in a standing position for 8-9 hours
  • Can bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Can work well in a team environment
  • Is dependable and reliable
  • Has a positive attitude
  • Has an understanding of food safety and sanitation, including handling, storage, and best hygiene practices
