We are looking for a part time experienced baker for a very busy scratch kitchen. Experience with gluten-free and diabetic baking is a bonus. Duties will include:
Applicants should have experience in busy kitchens and be able to work early mornings.
All applicants should have formal culinary training and understand dietary conditions such as gluten free, Celiac, Diabetic and no sugar cooking.
Minimum 5 years commercial baking experience in a fast paced restaurant/hotel or recent graduate of a recognized culinary program.
