Save More Marketplace is seeking a skilled Baker to join our dedicated team. As a Baker, you will play a key role in producing a variety of high-quality baked goods that delight our customers. You will work with a range of ingredients to create breads, pastries, and other bakery items that meet our standards for taste and presentation. Responsibilities Prepare and bake a wide assortment of bakery products including breads, cakes, and pastries according to recipes and quality standards. Ensure consistency and freshness in all baked goods. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized baking area in compliance with all food safety regulations. Manage inventory of baking supplies and ingredients and communicate needs for restocking. Work collaboratively with the bakery team to meet daily production goals and customer demands. Keep up-to-date with baking trends and techniques to continually enhance product offerings. High school diploma or equivalent; baking or culinary education preferred. Minimum of 1 year experience working in a bakery or commercial kitchen. Strong knowledge of baking processes, ingredients, and food safety standards. Ability to perform tasks efficiently in a busy environment while maintaining attention to detail. Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team. Availability to work flexible hours including early mornings, weekends, and holidays as required.
