REQUIREMENTS

• Previous baking experience an asset but not required
• Safe food handling certificate
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
• A passion for baking and creativity in food preparation.

• Prepare and bake a wide range of products including breads, pastries, squares and cookies.
• Follow recipes accurately to ensure consistency in taste and quality.
• Manage inventory by ordering supplies as needed and ensuring proper storage of ingredients.
• Package finished products for display or sale while maintaining quality standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area in compliance with food safety regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service by interacting with customers when necessary and addressing their inquiries about baked goods.
