REQUIREMENTS:

  • Pastry/Boulangerie certificate or degree from a reputable institution
  • Willing to work bakery hours (early mornings)
  • Experience with the following: Bread, Viennoiserie, lamination
  • Basic experience with: Choux, Sponges, Short crusts, Mousses, creams and fillings, Entremets, Macarons, Confiserie, Chocolate work, etc.
