Baker
Duties:
- Assist in the preparation and production of bakery items such as bread, pastries, and desserts
- Measure and weigh ingredients according to recipes
- Mix, knead, and shape dough
- Operate baking equipment such as ovens, mixers, and proofers
- Monitor baking process to ensure products are baked to perfection
- Decorate and garnish baked goods as required
- Package and label finished products for display or delivery
- Clean and maintain work area and equipment
- Creation of Confectionary products
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a bakery is desirable but not essential as full training will be given
- Knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients is a plus
- Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt new techniques

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £24,420.00-£30,000.00 per year
