We’re the mochi donut pioneers of Canada and a busy bakery that loves making fresh, delicious treats for Toronto. From mochi donuts to our panko-crusted buns to our weekly specials, everything we bake is made with care, creativity, and a whole lot of love. We’re looking for a baker who’s passionate about their craft and excited to be part of a fun, hardworking team.

What You’ll Do

• Bake a variety of breads, donuts, pastries, and other goodies each day.
• Follow our recipes while bringing your own skill and creativity to the table.
• Keep an eye on doughs, ovens, and timers to make sure everything turns out just right.
• Help keep the kitchen clean, safe, and organized.
• Label, rotate, and store ingredients properly (FIFO – first in, first out).
• Pitch in with ideas for new flavours, seasonal specials, or improvements.
• Work with the team to make sure orders are ready on time and customers leave happy.

Who We’re Looking For

• Someone with baking experience (professional or strong home baking counts too!).
• Comfortable with early mornings (we’re a bakery, after all!).
• Detail-oriented and proud of putting out consistent, high-quality products.
• A good team player who communicates well and can handle a busy kitchen.
• Physically able to lift ingredients and stand for long periods.
• Most importantly: someone who genuinely loves baking and sharing that with others.
