OVERVIEW

We are seeking a passionate and keen to learn employee to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for baking. No previous experience is required. This role is essential in ensuring that our bakery produces high-quality products that meet our customers’ expectations. As a Bakers assistant, you will be responsible for preparing a variety of baked items, maintaining food safety standards, decorating doughnuts and contributing to the overall success of our kitchen operations.
This is a full time role which can expect 40 hours a week

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and bake a wide range of products including bread, pastries, cakes, and cookies.
  • Decorate doughnuts using piping skills
  • Monitor baking times and temperatures to achieve the best results.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen area, adhering to food safety regulations.
  • Assist with inventory management by tracking ingredients and supplies needed for production.
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
  • Experiment with new recipes and techniques to enhance our product offerings.
