Butter Days Bakery is a brand-new neighbourhood spot on Glenferrie Road, created by husband-and-wife team John and Martina Demetrios. We’re here to do more than just bake – we want to create a community hub, a place people gravitate toward after school, on weekends, and whenever they need something warm and delicious.
We’re building our kitchen team from the ground up, and this is where you come in. Whether you’re a senior baker with years of experience, a pastry chef looking for a creative outlet, a savoury chef curious about trying your hand in a new setting, or a junior keen to learn from the ground up – there’s a place for you here.
This is an opportunity to help shape a kitchen and a culture, not just slot into an existing system. We’ll support your growth, listen to your ideas, and give you the chance to leave your mark. We’re offering full-time, part-time and casual roles across 4–5 days a week (including weekends for those who want them).
