JOB ROLE

Back of house assistant will support the bakery in preparation of fresh cream cakes and slices as well as decorate cakes, bake trays and biscuits. will need to prepare fresh cream cakes daily for sale in shops.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• A passion for cake decorating - Icing & Piping
• Cover when needed in sandwich room
• Cooking and mixing pasta salads
• Pastry cutting
• Measuring, weighting & mixing ingredients
• Wrapping & packaging items
• Track product expiring dates and arranging them accordingly.
• A keen eye for detail and the ability to create visually appealing baked goods.
• Maintain a clean and tide workplace and leave ready for the next day shift.
• Other adhoc jobs when it comes to baking
• Training will be provided
