Crust Bakery is on the lookout for a reliable and experienced hospitality guru to work in our Kunda Park Shop Monday to Friday. We are looking for someone with a can-do attitude, outgoing personality and willingness to learn so you can become a valuable part of our team! We pride ourselves on getting to know our customers and delivering them exceptional service.
Hours would be for 5 days a week Monday - Friday from 6am - 2.30pm daily. The shop is only open these 5 days so you will be the main person responsible for the daily operations of the shop. 40 hours a week and MUST BE AVAIABLE ALL 5 DAYS OF THE WEEK. Must be reliable as you are the only staff member responsible for this shop, the pastry chefs do help out when the shop gets busy. Must be quick on your feet and be able to cope under pressure.

BASIC BARISTA EXPERIENCE REQUIRED.

You will be responsible to do the following tasks but not limited to :-
- Food prep, Including but not limited to prepping the salads for our sandwich artist so cutting up fruit and veg and sometimes cooking eggs and chicken
- Coffee making
- Serving of customer and building relationships with regular clients
- topping up of all slices, pies soft drinks ect.
- responsible for cleaning and closing of the shop
- Operating of till and closing till at the end of the day
Estimated Start Date for training 28th July.
We do have 5 Stores total based on the Sunshine Coast so additional shifts on weekends can be available for the right candidate should we need additional shifts covered in other stores. We will be opening a 6th Shop at Marcoola in August.
Full time position may be available for right candidate after 3 months trial has been completed.
