JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our family-owned Cafe & Bakery as Assistant Baker. This role is essential in ensuring the quality and safety of food prepared for our customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food production and preparation, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety in the kitchen.

EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in food production or preparation is essential.
  • Culinary experience, including cooking and baking, is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with food safety standards and practices is required.
  • Experience working in a restaurant or similar kitchen environment will be advantageous.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
