SKILLS

• Experience in baking and pastry preparation
• Strong knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations.
• Ability to decorate cakes with creativity and attention to detail.
• Proficient in basic cooking techniques and kitchen operations.
• Previous experience in the food industry or culinary settings is an advantage.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
• Reliable, punctual and able to follow instructions.

  Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
  Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week

• Assist bakers with daily production and preparation of baked goods
• Package, label, and display bakery items
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, equipment, and displays
• Provide excellent customer service, including answering questions and assisting with purchases
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards
• Assist in the preparation of various baked goods, including bread, pastries, and cakes.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow during busy periods
