Responsibilities

Assist the bakers in setting up the bakery.
Ensuring that baking tools, utensils and equipment are thoroughly cleaned and sanitised.
To assist bakers in cooking and preparation of breads, pastries and other items as deemed suitable.
To complete any paperwork as issued.
To pack/wrap all products as necessary ready for distribution or further manufacture.
To assist bakers in operator machinery and other implements in the bakery.
To prepare postage orders for customers and complete associated paperwork.
Put together order for shops based on paperwork provided daily/weekly/monthly.
To carry out regular stock checks of products/ ingredients/ packaging.
To assist in all aspects of the bakery as instructed by the bakery manager.
To ensure that all tasks are completed whilst adhering to the strict health and hygiene guidelines.
