THE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Baker who enjoys working with dough and producing consistent, high-quality baked goods. You’ll work as part of a small team in a hands-on environment, with the opportunity to contribute your creativity and expertise.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Mixing, shaping, and baking breads and other bakery items
• Following recipes and maintaining product consistency
• Ensuring food safety and hygiene standards are met
• Managing ovens, proofing, and baking schedules
• Assisting with stock rotation and ingredient ordering
• Working collaboratively with the bakery team
