• Take customer orders and serve them with a smile
• Handle all customer enquiries, including cake orders
• Keep bakery displays fully stocked and looking irresistible
• Pack and price breads, rolls, cakes, biscuits, and more
• Prepare, mix, and bake cakes, muffins, scones, and other treats
• Cut and package cake slices ready for sale
• Prepare baked goods for the next day’s production
• Keep our bakery clean and tidy, including ovens, provers, chillers, and display cases
• Record wastage accurately
