JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Bakery Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in the daily operations of our bakery, assisting in food production and ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience in a bakery, restaurant, or kitchen environment is preferred but not essential.
  • Basic knowledge of food production processes and culinary techniques is advantageous.
  • Understanding of food safety practices and regulations to maintain hygiene standards.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
  • Strong attention to detail with a passion for creating high-quality baked goods.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including early mornings or weekends as required.
    Hours will be Saturday and Sunday 6am-12pm.
    Weekday shifts will be available when covering holidays.
