Responsibilities Assist in the preparation and packaging of bakery products under the guidance of experienced staff. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the bakery area following safety and sanitation standards. Support inventory control by reporting stock levels and shortages to the bakery supervisor. Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient bakery operation. No previous bakery experience required; willingness to learn is essential. Ability to work well in a team environment and follow instructions. Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards. Good communication and customer service skills. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays. Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle bakery products safely.
