Un associé du rayon de la boulangerie aide au maintien et au zonage du secteur de la boulangerie, en aidant au stockage et à la vente des articles cuisinés tous les jours, tout en offrant continuellement un service à la clientèle exemplaire par le respect des principes fondamentaux et des valeurs de Walmart.
Ce que vous ferez…
1. Ensuring the quality and visual appearance of Bakery Department merchandise; such as bread, cakes, pies, cookies, and rolls.
2. Ensuring that department is fully stocked with merchandise and is ready for business.
3. Ensuring the merchandise is properly signed and priced.
4. Adhering to standards and policies for cold chain compliance, thermometer calibrations, temperature recording, food handling, product rotation, sell-by dates, and expiration dates.
5. Adhering to food safety and handling procedures and following sanitation and cleaning procedures.
6. Following proper procedures for; Ordering, clearance, markups/markdowns, signing/flagging/pricing/labels.
7. Prepares bakery merchandise by accurately following thawing and baking guidelines to ensure the quality and visual appearance of Bakery Department merchandise, such as bread, cakes, pies, cookies, and rolls.
8. Ensuring all displays are secured in a safe and proper manner.
