Description

To provide efficient and professional food and beverage service to guest satisfaction. To act as a leader to the staff/department and adhere to the policies, procedures and standards and the overall guest experience.

  • To report to duty punctually in uniform in order to maintain the integrity of co-workers and guests.
  • Perform all specific duties as assigned by the Outlet Manager.
  • Takes initiative for extending service to guests in the manner set forth by management and ensuring that all policies and procedures are followed.
  • Perform opening and closing duties according to department standards
  • Ensures service area is clean and tidy during service.
  • Familiarizes themselves with all aspects of the menu to be able to answer general inquiries.
  • Conducts themselves in a pleasant and helpful attitude towards guests, colleagues and supervisors.
  • To have a complete understanding of all the duties and responsibilities of the outlet.
  • Adhere to the requirements of the controlling/cash system.
  • Adhere to specifications of the controllers system relating to cash intake, out take.
  • To have a complete understanding of cash-out procedures regarding voids
  • Carry out any other reasonable duty that may be requested that pertains to the total operation of the outlet

Qualifications

  • Previous work experience in a restaurant/food and beverage setting
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a team player attitude
  • Must be able to work with minimal supervisio
