• Preparing dough according to approved recipes and standards.
• Operating the oven (tandoor / stone / electric) and adjusting its temperature.
• Baking various types of bread (Arabic, Lebanese, tandoor, saj, etc.).
• Monitoring bread quality and ensuring it is served fresh and hot.
• Cleaning the oven and work area daily.
• Maintaining baking tools and handling them safely.
• Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure smooth workflow.

  Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
