Pocklington’s Bakery are looking to hire a General assistant/Pot Washer to assist the bakery team at our Withern bakery.
Hours of work are: Monday to Friday 9am to 2pm
The role will include maintaining the cleanliness of the bakery environment, equipment and production areas.

Responsibilities include:

• Washing dishes, bowls etc
• Cleaning mixers and ovens
• Tidying and wiping down work surfaces
• Sweeping and mopping floors
• Cleaning spills
• Holiday cover for our yard man which will include power washing trays and putting away deliveries

This is a physically demanding role and you will be on your feet for the whole shift.
Attention to detail is crucial, and you must be able to work to deadlines.
Keeping your work area tidy and clean at all times is essential.
Uniform is provided, as is training in all aspects of the job.
You must be able to get to Withern to start work at 9am.
