• Follow and execute orders correctly
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Ensure accurate product scanning
• Maintaining product displays; ensuring product facing and rotation occurs
• Maintaining a safe and clean work environment
• Receive stock in accordance with company inventory control procedures.
• Responsible for creating weekly schedule with all allotted allocated hours.
• Ability to supervise and lead a team of 20 people.
• Provide leadership by example using a hands-on approach
• Lead and motivate the team, and make decisions that ensure that our customers receive the best experience.
• Responsible for assissting in the training of bakery clerks and ensuring good manufacturing practices are followed at all times
