Parkway Consumers Co-operative Limited is hiring a Full-Time
Bakery Clerk II at our Roblin Food Store location. (Bake-off bakery)

Reporting to the Department Manager, a bakery clerk II participates as a member of Parkway to assist their manager with the operations of the Bakery.

• Provide excellent customer service
• Answer product related questions from customers
• Baking - follow production schedules and recipes for breads, buns and prepared pastries, measuring/mixing ingredients, shaping dough
• Packaging, slicing, panning and merchandising bakery products
• General Bakery duties - housekeeping, opening, closing
• Provide proper maintenance of equipment, monitor case temperatures, and clean equipment regularly
• Advise the manager when orders for replenishment of inventory are required and keep proper mark down reports
• Conduct inventory counts
• Unload freight
• Other duties as assigned
