We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Bakery Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service while assisting with food preparation and maintaining the bakery’s high standards of quality and cleanliness. • Previous experience in a restaurant or bakery setting is preferred but not required.

• Assist customers with their selections, providing knowledgeable recommendations and upselling bakery items.
• Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately using POS systems, including Micros POS.
• Prepare and package baked goods while adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery area, ensuring compliance with health regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
• Manage inventory levels, restocking items as necessary to meet customer demand.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
