BAKERY HELP! BAKERY COUNTER TEAM LEAD & CAKE DECORATORS FULL -TIME

Graul’s Market has been serving the Baltimore areas since the 1920’s. We are a specialty gourmet market focusing on service to our customers and offering a quality product. At Graul’s Market, we are best known for our bakery items.

• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, which includes working Saturdays and rotating Sundays.
• Must have reliable transportation, since we are NOT on the light rail or bus route.

The positions are located at our Lutherville md store.

BAKERY COUNTER TEAM LEADER (FULL-TIME/HEALTH BENEFITS)

–The counter team leader will be a hands-on team leader, able to roll up their sleeves and support the team to get the job done.
–The counter team leader with have experience working in a Bakery/Cafe/or Coffee shop, highly preferred
–The leader will train, cross-train and motivate the team to provide extraordinary service, and suggestive selling techniques.
–We are looking for a leader that has a positive attitude, experienced, great presentation skills, and a great smile.
