Sugardarlings Cupcakes is looking to hire an additional shop manager for our Wesley Chapel / Lutz location
Full Time 5 days per week, we are open Tuesday - Saturday ( 11am - 6:30pm
Age 18+ is required, baking or knowledge of sweets is preferred. This position requires reliability, taking initiative, excitement about growth and development, and being responsible for the loyal relationships between customers.
We are seeking a happy responsible person who will serve our customers with a smile! One of the biggest reasons our customers keep coming back is the amazing customer service! You must be able to represent Sugardarlings well: Get to know your customers, come to work with a positive attitude, and serve with a smile! This is primarily a customer service position, but you will also be responsible for general shop keeping, cleaning, marketing, minimal baking and misc. tasks as needed.
This is also a tip compensated position: amazing customer service skill are a financial bonus
