The current position is for 3 to 4 shift a week, must have Monday and Friday availability. Must be customer focused and solution based.
Position Purpose:
Provide personable, efficient service to customers and fulfill other tasks in a manner in accordance to Origin Bakery’s values, in order to facilitate a profitable business
Reports to : Store Manager/Front Supervisor, General Manager, and Owner
Responsibilities:
- attend shifts as outlined in the Human Resources Manual
- complete tasks as outlined in the Front Manual
- maintain cleanliness and appearance of retail section of bakery
- ensure proper stock rotation, using the ‘FIRST IN, FIRST OUT’ system
- inform supervisors when inventory is low
- advise supervisors of customer complaints
- help with training of new front staff
- other reasonable duties as assigned
Position Requirements: (outside Origin’s Employee Standards and Guidelines)
- comfortable with written and spoken English
- able to lift up to 25 kg without assistance
- effective interpersonal and oral communication skills
- able to maintain good rapport with customers and coworkers
- positive attitude and willingness to learn
-food safe certification
-must be hold appropriate visa to work in Canada
Job Types: Part-time, Casual
Pay: $17.85-$18.12 per hour
